Montessori Educator
(Diploma/ECT) Position

 

Qualifications: 

  • Montessori Diploma from a recognised Montessori training organisation (eg AMI, Montessori Institute) or working towards; and

  • ACECQA recognised Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education and Care; or

  • Working towards a Diploma in ECEC

Experience:

  • At least 1 years experience as an Educator in an early childhood environment

  • Experience working in a Montessori early childhood environment

  • Working knowledge of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulation, Child Protection Legislation and Regulation and National Quality Framework

Personal Qualities:

  • Honest and open-minded

  • Able to take direction and have active listening skills

  • Dedicated to contributing towards a positive organisational culture

  • Team player, able to compromise for a better group result

  • A genuine interest in delivering a high-quality Montessori child-centred curriculum

Educator
(Diploma) Position

Qualifications: 

  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or; 

  • Working towards a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care

Experience:

  • At least 1 years experience as an Educator in an early childhood setting

  • Working knowledge of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulation, Child Protection Legislation and Regulation and National Quality Framework

Personal Qualities:

  • Dedicated to contributing towards a positive organisational culture

  • Team player, able to compromise for a better group result

  • A genuine interest in understanding and delivering a Montessori child-centred curriculum

Educator 
(ECT) Position

Qualifications: 

  • Education or Early Childhood Teaching qualification (3,4 or 5 years) as approved by ACECQA or;

  • Completed 50% of an undergraduate degree in Early Childhood Education

Experience:

  • At least 2 years experience as an Educator in an early childhood

  • Preferably some experience working in a Montessori environment

  • Working knowledge of Education and Care Services National Law and Regulation, Child Protection Legislation and Regulation and National Quality Framework

Personal Qualities:

  • Honest and open-minded

  • Able to take direction and have active listening skills

  • Dedicated to contributing towards a positive organisational culture

  • Team player, able to compromise for a better group result

  • A genuine interest in delivering a high quality Montessori child-centred curriculum

Educator
(Certificate) Position

Qualifications: 

  • Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care or; 

  • Working towards a Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care

Experience:

  • Preferably some experience of working in early childhood settings
